Misted or Foggy Windows

This is usually caused by condensation within the unit is usually points to an issue with the seals of that particular unit, where a seal has failed and is allowing warm air to enter in between the panes of glass and when this warm air comes into contact with cold air condensation is formed. It is important for this to be fixed promptly as apart from being unsightly if left can create damp issues. In most cases the seals can be replaced and the issue will be resolved without the cost of replacing the entire unit.

Broken Locks, Hinges or Handles

Through natural wear and tear locks, hinges and handles can sometimes become loose or break, we can remove the old faulty part and replace with a new part saving you the cost of replacing a perfectly good window unit. The repairs are usually a quick process and we will normally have the required parts with us when we survey the issue.
